Eligibility for Company Secretary
- Essential Qualification: Degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
- Essential Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
- Experience: Five years practical experience in legal and secretarial matters in public sector undertaking, government organizations, reputed companies or enterprises.
- Essential Skill: Knowledge of computers.
- Desirable Qualification: Degree in Law.
- Desirable Knowledge: Knowledge of English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Important Note: All eligible qualifications such as Master, Degree and Diploma must be from a recognized university or college by the Government of India.
- Restriction: Candidates previously terminated from any government organization shall not be considered.
