Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Post: Hospital Manager
- Minimum Qualification: MBBS / BDS graduate.
- Specialization Required: Master's degree in Hospital Administration OR MPH in Public Health Management.
- Experience: Minimum three (03) years of relevant experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or hospital operations.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in English, computer literacy, and knowledge of Government rules, legislation, policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Domicile Preference: Candidates holding a Domicile Certificate of Daman & Diu will be given preference.
- Desirable: Training and experience in JCI/NABH/NQAS accreditation implementation; two letters of recommendation from previous employers.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
- The selection of candidates will be done solely on the basis of Interview.
- Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for the interview.
