Apprenticeship must be from Ordnance Factories OR from Government/Private organization having affiliation from Government ITI. |

Educational Qualification & Experience:Ex-Apprentices of AOCP trade or its feeder trades from Ordnance Factories or Government-affiliated organizations. No prior work experience is mentioned as mandatory, but the apprentices themselves are the eligible pool.
Skills:Trade-specific skills related to AOCP and feeder trades (e.g., fitting, machining, turning, electrical, electronics, refrigeration).
Age Limit:18 to 40 years as on the last date of receipt of application. Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST (for reserved posts), 3 years for OBC-NCL (for reserved posts), and Ex-Servicemen (Period of Military Service + 3 years).
Salary (per month):
Basic Pay: ₹19,900 per month + DA (Dearness Allowance) as applicable.
Selection Procedure:
- Shortlisting: Based on marks in NCTVT (NCVT) (NAC) exam. Cut-off percentage will be decided by OFDR.
- Trade Test/Practical Test: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a trade test.
- Merit List: Combined marks of NCTVT (80% weightage) and Trade Test (20% weightage).
- Document Verification: Candidates will be called in order of merit, limited to the number of vacancies (Discipline/Category wise).
