Educational Qualification:
Senior Manager (Armour):
1. BE / B.Tech or eq. in Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Applied Mechanics with first class
2. PhD or PG in Metallurgy/ Mech/ Applied Mechanics in area related to armour, ballistic and/or composites.
3. Any additional courses in the field of ballistic/ armour/ composites is desirable.

Junior Manager (Mechanical): BE / B.Tech (04 year full time course) or equivalent in Mechanical / Production / manufacturing / Industrial Engineering degree from recognized University / Institution / College approved by AICTE with first class & above for GEN/ EWS/ OBC(NCL) candidates and pass class for SC /ST/ PWD candidates.

Junior Manager (Electronics): BE / B.Tech (04 year full time course) or equivalent in Electronics from recognized University/ Institution/ College approved by AICTE with first class & above for GEN/ EWS/ OBC(NCL) candidates and pass class for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

Junior Manager (Computer Science / IT): BE / B.Tech (04 year full time Course) MCA/ MSC/ Information Technology/ Computer Science from recognized University/ Institution/ College approved by AICTE/ UGC with first class & above for GEN/ EWS/ OBC(NCL) candidates and pass class for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates.

Pay Scale:
