Panjab University Chandigarh Invites Application for Guest Faculty Recruitment 2022

Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh, 160014 Chandigarh

The walk-in Interview for the appointment of Guest Faculty to teach B.E in UIET for even semester session 2021-2022 in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, and Information Technology will be held in the Director office UIET, Panjab University as per the following schedule:

1. Position: Guest Faculty

2. Subject:

i. Electrical & Electronics Engineering

ii. Qualification:

a. First Class B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. i. First Class M.E./M. Tech. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or i relevant field of Engineering. ii. Without prejudice to the above,the following conditions may be considered desirable: (a) Teaching, research industrial and /or professional experience in a reputed organization; (b) Papers presented at Conferences and /or in refereed journals.

i. Information Technology

ii. Qualification:

a. First Class in B.E/B. Tech in Information Technology/ Computer Science/Electronics & Communication Engineering

ii First Class in M.E/M. Tech. in Information Technology/Computer Sc. Engg./electronics & communication Engg. or in relevant field of Engineering iii Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable:

(a) Teaching, research industrial and /or professional experience in a reputed organization; (b) Papers presented at Conferences and /or in refereed journals.

3 The above assignment is on lecture basis with an honorarium of Rs. 1000/- per Lecture with an upper limit of Rs. 25,000/- per month.
