Skills:Company secretarial practices, legal compliance, corporate governance, knowledge of the Companies Act and other relevant regulations.
Salary:
Rs. 72,000 – Rs. 1,19,400 per month, plus other benefits as applicable to regular employees.
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years. Age relaxation: 5 years for Reserved Candidates.

Shortlisting of candidates.
Selection and subsequent appointment governed by Company rules.
