Applications are invited for engagement of the posts of State Project Manager (SPM) - Industry Liaison of PBSSD, on contractual basis for implementation of skill interventions in West Bengal. The post is purely on contractual basis for duration of one year only, which may be renewed on the basis of requirement and performance

Tentative list of activities: Liaison with all industries to understand demand and supply in skill development domain Regular contact with the industries Assisting all training providers/ PIAs in placement by directing the demand of the industries Understanding present day skill experience in Skill ecosystem including training and Development domain employment opportunities
4. Qualification: MBA or equivalent degree with 60% marks or equivalent Applicant should have at least 7 years’ experience with minimum 3 years’ experience in skill development sector

Selection Procedure
1. Thedateandmode of selection for shortlistedcandidateswillbenotified in thewebsitewww.pbssd.gov.in. and through the email ids as provided during the application
2. Shortlisted candidates who will be called for an interview must submit photocopies of all testimonials of educational qualification, age proof certificate & experience certificate etc.
How to Apply:
1. The online link for applications in the web portal www.pbssd.gov.in will become functional on 03/02/2022 (THURSDAY) at 12:00 NOON up to 05:00 P.M. on 04/03/2022 (FRIDAY).
2. According to the merit a panel list of candidates will be prepared against the post. The panelwill remain valid for one year from the date of publication of the same.
3. The applicants should apply in the online mode only through the web portal www.pbssd.gov.in.
4. If the said documents are not submitted or are found to be not in order, the candidature shall stand cancelled.
