Skills:Executive and secretarial assistance, office management, drafting correspondence, coordination with stakeholders, organizing meetings, maintaining confidential records, protocol management.
Age Limit:Not more than 62 years as on the closing date of application.
Remuneration:
Consolidated monthly remuneration as per the NTPC Policy for Engagement of Retired Executives, as adopted by PFI.
Selection Procedure:
- Interaction (may include a written examination, if required).
- Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria.
- Final selection based on combined score of qualification, experience, written test (if taken), and interaction.

Important Terms & Conditions
- Duration: Initially for 2 years, extendable based on performance and requirement, up to a maximum of 4 years.
- Leave: 18 days of leave per calendar year (credited quarterly). Unutilised leave is not carried forward or encashable.
- Travel Reimbursement: Economy class by air, AC-II tier by train, and non-AC taxi for local travel.
- Termination: Liable to be terminated with one month's notice or without notice in cases of unsatisfactory performance or absence without prior intimation for more than 30 days.
- Exclusivity: Consultants are not permitted to work for any other organization without prior written permission.
- Confidentiality: Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) at the time of joining.
