Educational Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Executive from a Maharatna/Navratna CPSE in the Power Sector (E-8 level or above). Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in the power sector, with at least 15 years in transmission-related functions.
Skills:Transmission planning, grid integration, policy analysis, project implementation, transmission technologies, regulatory developments.
Age Limit:Not more than 62 years as on the date of advertisement. Relaxation may be considered in deserving cases with approval of the Competent Authority.
Remuneration:
Monthly: Last monthly Basic Pay drawn at retirement. Per Day: 7% of the last monthly Basic Pay drawn (subject to a maximum of the last monthly Basic Pay per calendar month). TA/DA for official travel as per PFI rules.
Selection Procedure: Interaction (may include a written examination, if required). Final selection based on combined score of qualification, experience, performance in written examination (if taken), and interaction.

Power Foundation of India is a think–tank and a policy advocacy body in the Power Sector. It is a society under the aegis of Ministry of Power‚ Government of India. It is supported by twelve leading Power Sector organisations.
The Foundation undertakes independent‚ evidence–based research on issues and challenges pertaining to the Power Sector.
