Subject: Invitation of applications for contractual engagement of Multi Media Journalists (MMJ) on full time annual contract basis in Six Districts of Tamil Nadu for Regional News Unit, DDK & AIR Chennai – reg Prasar Bharati, DD News, Delhi invites applications from experienced and dynamic persons for engagement in following contractual categories in Six Districts of Tamil Nadu for Regional News Unit, DD News Chennai, on full time annual contract basis. 1. Category: Multi Media Journalist 2. No of Post: 08 3. Place of Work: Chennai, Madurai, Trichy, Coimbatore, Salem, Tirunelveli 4. Duration of engagement: Two years 5. Consolidated remuneration: Rs 30,000/- (consolidated) per month 6. Essential Qualification: Degree from a recognized university/institute. Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism from a recognized university/institute. Correct Pronunciation and excellent modulation. Knowledge of current affairs/regional/national/foreign affairs. Ability to interview people who matter in news. Proficiency in Tamil and English. At least three years experience in relevant field. 7. Desirable Qualification: Proficiency in Hindi Language. Experience as Video journalist. Experience of MoJo. Proficiency in other South Indian Languages.
Pay Scale: INR 30000(Per Month)
Age Limit: Upper age limit 35 years
Selection Procedure
