Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Copy Writer & Copy Editor
- Essential Qualification: Degree/PG Diploma in Journalism/ Mass Communication/ relevant field from recognized university/institute.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi Language is mandatory. Desirable: Bilingual (Hindi and English).
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in the relevant field.
- Experience Relaxation: Relaxation of 2 years may be given to Media Interns and Media Executives who have worked/are working in DD News/DD India.
- For Casual Assignees: Must submit a Self-Declaration Form (Annexure-A).
Age Limit
- General: Below 40 years as on 26-12-2025.
- For Casual Assignees: Upper age relaxation up to 50 years (if on current panel for at least 5 years).
- For Contractual Engagees: Upper age relaxation up to 50 years (if worked for 10 years or more in Prasar Bharati).
Salary/Stipend
- Copy Writer: Negotiable up to ₹ 55,000/-
- Copy Editor: Negotiable up to ₹ 80,000/-
