4. Scale of Pay: PB2 Rs.9300-34800 with Grade pay of Rs.4600/- (Level-7 in the new pay matrix as per CCS (Revised) Pay Rules, 2016

5. Eligibility: Central/State of Officers Government and UTS holding analogous post with five years of regular service in the Grade Pay of Rs.4200/- (Level-6 in the new pay matrix as per CCS (Revised) Pay Rules, 2016 and: possessing the qualification (Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university) required for DR. The Departmental Reception Officer meets the eligible be shall also requirement considered along with outsiders. In case the officer is selected, the same will be treated as promotion.

Note 1: The Departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment deputation. on Similarly, deputations shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.

6. Period of deputation: The period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central/State Government and UTS shall ordinarily not to exceed three ears.
