Educational Qualification: The incumbent should be a Cost Accountant / Chartered Accountant / MBA
with specialization in Finance with good academic record from a recognized University / Institution.

Experience: The incumbent should have a minimum of 20 plus years of experience in financial services sector, or finance function of infrastructure projects of which at least 3 years should be at a senior level not two notches below Board level/ CEO level (where CEO is only Board member). Applicant should have managerial experience at a senior level in Corporate Financial Management and Accounts including Cost and Budgetary Control,
Institutional Finance, Working Capital Management, Resource Raising, Debt including External Commercial Borrowing and external relationships in debt & equity markets, in preferably a large NBFC/Banking sector or a reputed entity. She/he should be conversant with the regulatory aspects and should have the ability to maintain relationships with regulatory bodies

Age Limit:: Minimum 45 years as on 31.03.2022. The age of superannuation for this post is 60 years. The age of Internal Candidates, viz. those already employed in PFS and PTC India Limited shall not be more than 58 years and the age of external candidates viz. all candidates except internal candidates
shall not be more than 57 years as on 31.03.2022. No relaxation in age criteria shall be given.
