Law Officer, Technical Assistant and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 173 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Sub Registrar: Law Graduate.

Assistant Labour Commissioner: Post Graduate Degree in Economics / Sociology / Commerce / Law / Labour relation / Labour welfare / Labour Law / Social work / Social welfare / Trade Management / Personnel Management.

Assistant Controller legal Measurement (Grade-II):
(1) (A) From a University established by law in India, or (B) From any institution other than a University recognized or declared to be a University under any law, or (C) Degree in science with physics or mechanical engineering as one of the subjects from a foreign university recognized by the Central Government; and
(2) Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagiri Script.

Law Officer: A Candidate for direct recruitment to the post of Law Officer must possess the following qualifications:- (i) Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a University established by law in India. (ii) Registration in the concerned Bar Council or the affiliated Bar Association recognised by the Bar Council of India and two years practice experience certificate issued/Certified by Bar Council/Bar Association.

Technical Assistant (Geology):
(I) A master's degree with at least 50 percent mark’s in Geology or Applied Geology or Diploma in Applied Geology from Indian School of Mines and Applied Geology, Dhanbad.
(ii) Preferential:- Research experience or field training conducted by Geological Survey of India.

Technical Assistant (Geophysics): Post graduate degree with at least 50 percent mark’s in Geophysics, Applied Geophysics, Geology or applied Geology (with physics, Mathematics at the B.Sc. level) from a university established by law in India.

Tax Assessment Officer: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or economics with 55% marks.

Pay Scale:
INR
15600-39100/- Per Month

Age Limit: Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2023 i.e. they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July, 1983 and not later than July 1, 2002. For Pwds candidates, the maximum age limit is 55 years i.e. they must have not been born before 02 July, 1968.

Application Fee: In the ON-LINE Application process, after completing the procedure of first stage, Category wise prescribed examination fee is to be deposited as per instructions provided in second stage. The prescribed fee of preliminary examination for different categories is as under:-
(I) Unreserved/Economically weaker sections/ : Exam fee Rs. 100/- + On-line processing fee Other Backward Class Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 125/-
(ii) Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe : Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
(iii) Persons with Disabilities: Exam fee NIL+ On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 25/-
(iv) Ex-Servicemen : Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 25/- Total = Rs. 65/-
(v) Dependents of the Freedom Fighters/ : According to their original category Women/Skilled/Outstanding Sports Person
