Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification:
- M.Tech in Applied Mechanics, Engineering Mechanics and Design, Computational Mechanics, Design (Mechanical Engineering), or Materials and Metallurgy.
- B.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil Engineering, Design Engineering, or Equivalent.
- Desirable Qualifications:
- Good knowledge of Abaqus, Ansys/LS-Dyna and related computer programming.
- Exposure to impact/blast testing and simulation of high and very high strain rates through experiments.
- Higher qualification and experience will be given preference.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: Preferably below 35 years.
- Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Female candidates.
- Experience Relaxation: Age limit is also relaxable for deserving candidates with relevant experience.
Mandatory Requirements
- Physical fitness as per institute rules.

Selection Process
The selection for the Junior Research Fellow position will be carried out in the following stages:
