🎯 Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on scoring out of 100 marks:
- Educational qualification in relevant subject: 20 marks
- PhD in relevant subject: 5 marks
- Basic Academic Experience: 2 marks per year (Max 20 marks)
- P.G. Teaching Experience: 2 marks per year (Max 10 marks)
- Dissertation/Publication in Index Journal: 2 marks each (Max 10 marks)
- University recognized textbook/reference book: 2.5 marks (Max 10 marks) + 1 mark for chapters in other books (Max 5 marks)
- Interview: 20 marks
