Educational Qualification: The candidate should be retired from Bank / PSU / any department of Central / State Government. The candidate should have been honourably retired (*) from his / her respective department. The candidate should have computer knowledge, especially of programme like MS Word, Power Point and Excel and should be able to operate internet.
