District Defence Services Welfare Officer

Number of Vacancy: 21 Posts

Educational Qualification:
(a) possess a Bachelor's Degree from any recognised University or its equivalent examination.
(b) from amongst the ex-Indian Commissioned Officers of the rank of Colonel or Lieutenant Colonel or equivalent ranks of the Indian Navy or Indian Air Force, and
(i) should have passed Matriculation Examination with Punjabi as one of the compulsory or elective subjects or any other equivalent examination in Punjabi language, which may be specified by the Punjab Government from time to time.

Pay Scale:
INR
47600/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years.

Ex-Serviceman, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and Lineal Descendants of Ex-Serviceman (LDESM) of Punjab State only - Rs. 500/-.
Scheduled Castes / Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes of Punjab State only - Rs. 750/-.
All other Categories - Rs. 1500/-.
