Educational Qualification: 10TH
Subject: Filling up the one post of Jr. Field/Lab Helper on contract basis at a fixed salary payable at DC Rates in un-skilled category Currently at Rs. 8,777/- per month (Fixed)
i. Applications are invited along with self attested copies of degrees/certificates of academic qualifications for the ONE POSITION of Jr. Field/Lab Helper at a fixed salary of Rs.8, 777/- per month (Present DC Ratesunskilled category) on contractual basis for a period of SIX MONTHS in the first instance but likely to be extended further based on candidate’s satisfactory performance review and Project /Scheme/Centre’s requirements.

How to Apply:
1. The desirous candidates fulfilling the qualifications/experience should send their applications on the prescribed proforma obtainable from the Office of this Centre against the payment of Rs.100/- in shape of bank draft in favour of Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, Ludhiana.
2. However, the application form (Job Application Form for Contractual Employees under Resources Downloads Forms) may be downloaded from the PRSC Website (https://prsc.gov.in/Download.aspx).
3. If the application form is downloaded from the PRSC Website, the candidates are required to attach the bank draft of Rs.100/- in favour of Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre, Ludhiana.
4. The application form must reach to this office on or before 10.12.2021.
5. The candidates should appear before the Selection Committee along with original copies of the testimonials on 13.12.2021 at 10.00 A.M in the office of the undersigned.
6. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview. Applications received after the due date/received without the application fee shall not be considered.
7. This Centre shall not be responsible for any postal delay or loss in transits.

Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC), was established in the year 1987, It's an autonomous organization comes under the Department of Agriculture, Government of Punjab.
The aim of Center is to bring awareness amongst the planners decision maker regarding the role of remote sensing in an efficient management of natural resources at the state level.
The main objective of the organization is to carry out special temporal surveys to monitor changing land use and soil patterns, environment, irrigation system, forest resources, agricultural resources, groundwater resources and crops disease surveillance.
They also organize training facilities like Lectures, Seminars and Symposia for advanced Study and research in remote sensing technology and its regarded applications, by undertaking programmes to providing guidance, coordinate research and development in the related field for collecting efficient data acquisition and retrieval systems to act as the repository of various natural resources.
