Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E, Diploma

WAMUL invites candidates for a Walk-In Interview for the recruitment of various positions on contract basis for a period of 02 years. The selected candidates will be placed at Changsari, Kamrup (R), Assam. The minimum required qualification & experience in brief, and the age limit and the indicative CTC range for the position are furnished below. 1. Position: Executive – Cattle Feed Plant (Production & Maintenance) – as Shift in-charge

2. Qualification: Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering

3. Experience: Experience in Cooperative/ Private Cattle Feed mill/ or in similar area. Minimum 5 year of work experience for graduate / 7 year of work experience for diploma holders.

4. Number of Positions: 01 (on contract, initially for a period of 2 years)

5. Job Location: Changsari, Kamrup ( R ), Assam

6. Salary: Gross CTC Rs. 6.6 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification & experience)

7. Main Purpose: Ensure operations and maintenance of various utilities of the cattle feed plant and maintenance of cattle feed plant equipment to maximize efficiency of operations

8. Skills/ Attributes: Technical Working knowledge on electrical installations and all cattle feed plant process and packing equipment. Well versed with digital and analog instrumentation.

9. Skills/ Attributes: Managerial Knowledge on preventive maintenance principles, Manpower Management

10. Training: Desirable – Training on: Preventive maintenance of Plant and Machinery

11. Main Responsibilities:

1. Leading a team of technicians for smooth operation and maintenance of utilities i.e. Intake system, hammer mill, mixture, pelleting, Electrical substation, DG Sets, etc.

2. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.

3. Ensure industrial safety norms.

4. To monitor sanitary and hygienic condition of all plant areas.

5. Preparations and verification of daily reports.

6. Monitoring and control of energy consumptions (fuel, electrical power).

7. Looking after daily maintenance, preventive maintenance of machines.

8. Inventory level maintenance for spare parts, consumables and raw materials with timely indenting of materials.

9. Check the contract manpower and inform to contractor arrange the labours based on production requirement.

10.Monitor the feed quality and raw Material quality & quantity on daily basis in coordination with QC lab.

11. Any other work assigned by Management or reporting officer
