6. Job Description: The candidate shall be responsible for overall functioning of cattle feed plant (50 MT/day) along with Mineral mixture plant and Bypass protein plant. Candidate shall be responsible for the key functions of factory administration, procurement of raw materials, production of finished goods, laboratory and maintenance activities. Candidate shall be responsible for monitoring the day to day activities in cattle feed plant. Collect and check the feed indents/ requirements and arrange the supply of feed to farmers/customers (through DCS/ BMC/ Other milk unions). Candidate shall be responsible for all statutory compliances. Any other work assigned by Management
7. Skills/ Attributes: Technical and Managerial:
a) Production Planning, Monitoring, Evaluation and submission of reports.
b) Setting up of targets and time line for achieving them for each of the team members and staffs.
c) Convening review and monitoring meetings with various stakeholders from time to time
8. Skills/ Attributes: Social:
a) Lead, motivate and guide various stakeholders such as office staffs, supervisors, and other functionaries for achievement of common tasks and goals.
b) Delivering results under crisis by maintaining calm and tactfulness.
c) Firm control over emotions and exhibiting patience.
9. Computer skills: Knowledge of latest MS Office package that includes MS-Excel, Word and Power-point.
10. Training and Demonstration: Coaching and mentoring team members and staffs for continuous improvement in achieving targets set under their key result areas.
11. Salary: Gross CTC Rs. 8.8 lakhs per annum including P.F & other Contributions. (Negotiable and commensurate with qualification & experience)

Purabi is the brand name for milk and dairy products manufactured by West Assam Milk Producers' Co-operative Union Ltd. (WAMUL). Approved by FSSAI, it is one of the largest and most active dairy units in entire North East India.
WAMUL came into existence in 1976 as a milk union of Milk Producers' Co-operative of Nagaon, Morigaon, Goalpara, Nalbari and Kamrup districts of Assam. The Union was set-up under the Operation Flood Programme of National Dairy Development Board (NDDB) for dairy development in Assam. Over time, it has gone one to create a symbiotic relationship between milk producers, techno professionals, the market and the consumers.
Today, WAMUL is managed by the National Dairy Development Board (NDDB), and it has a fully automated processing unit with a capacity of 60,000 liters of milk per day. It also has automatic milk product manufacturing section for its high quality milk products at LIQUID MILK PLANT (LMP) at PANJABARI, GUWAHATI.
It also has a CATTLE FEED PLANT (CFP) at CHANGSARI, KAMRUP situated at a distance of 40 kilometers from Guwahati, which has a processing capacity of 50 metric tons of cattle feed per day, along with 25 MTPD bypass protein plant and 12 MTPD mineral mixture plant.
