• Senior Manager (Quality Assurance): Full time B.Tech in Dairy Technology/ M.Sc. in Dairy Technology/ Dairy Chemistry/ Dairy Microbiology from a reputed education institute. Minimum 10 years' experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and milk products in a Dairy Plant having capacity of minimum 1 lakh liters per day, out of which 2 years should be as Head (QA/QC). Thorough knowledge on FSSAI standards, exposure on Food Safety Management System (FSMS)/ Quality Management System/ Good Laboratory Practices/ Good Manufacturing Practices/ Good Hygienic Practices.
• Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Purchase): Full time BE/B.Tech (Elect./Mechanical/Dairy) or B.Sc. (PCM) with full time MBA from recognized Institute. Experience: 4-6 years in managing Purchase related work in a manufacturing industry (preferably food industry).
• Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager (Human Resources): Full time MBA in HRM/Personnel Management/IR from a recognized university. Experience: 4-6 years in HR function in a leading role/managerial capacity.
