Eligibility for Executive Director (Civil)

• Essential Qualification: B. Tech in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 25 years of post-qualification experience in planning, execution, and management of infrastructure projects (Highway/Road/Expressway) in CPSEs/PSUs or Central/State Government/Autonomous Bodies (e.g., NHAI, NHIDCL, MoRTH Agencies). Out of this, at least 8 years must be in execution of NH/SH/Expressway/Access-Controlled Highway Projects under EPC/HAM/BOT (Annuity & Toll) contracts.
• Age Limit: Not above 57 years (as of 13-02-2026).
