1. Position: General Manager (POM)

2. No of Posts: 01

3. Location: Western Region/mumbai

4. Duration: Three Years Or Till Rcil Is Exempted From The Rule Of Immediate Absorption, Whichever Is Earlier

5. Scale Of Pay: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance

6. Specific Requirements:

(i) Execution of Railway and other IT projects viz. VSS at stations and in coaches, Wi-Fi, e-office, HMIS, loT, RDN, COD, TCAS etc. (ii) Overall 0&M of Telecom assets of Western Region viz. Optical Fibre Cable, DWDM network, SDH electronics, IP and MPLS systems & power supply and associated infrastructure.

(ii) Responsible for planning, procurement, designing and execution of signaling &telecom project works.

(iv) Responsible for overall management of regional Network Operation Centre of MPLS &SDH.

(v) Implementation of various ICT project, CSR project & preparation of tenders.

(vi) Co-ordination with Railways, DoT and other institutions.

(vi) Responsible for Next Generation Network (NGN) & System Integration

7. Minimum Eligibility: Gm: Sag Or Sg Officers With 18 Years Of Gr.a Service
