Educational Qualification: Assistant Manager (Legal): LLB (Full Time). Assistant Company Secretary (ACS): Graduate with Associate/ Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Desirable Educational Qualification: Candidate having regular full time Degree in Law (LLB) will be given preference.
Pay Scale: INR 30000-140000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 30 Years.

Application Fee: The application fee of Rs. 600/- paid by SC/ST/PwBDs is refundable subject to their actual participation in the recruitment and submission of category certificates given in annexures of this vacancy notice.
