Educational Qualification:
a) Jr Scale (Level-10) or Group 'B' (Level-9/8) or in Level-8 (including under MACP) in 7th CPC (for deputation).

b) Retired/Resigned from Jr Scale (Level-10) or Group 'B' (Level-9/8) or in Level-8 (including under MACP) in 7th CPC (for re-employment).
