Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Assistant Director (DNA Division)
- Essential: M.Sc. with at least II Division in Zoology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics or Forensic Science with specialisation from a University established by law in India. Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application or equivalent.
- Experience: 3 years experience in relevant Forensic field in State/Central FSL or similar.
- Other Requirements: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.
Eligibility for Senior Scientific Officer (All Divisions)
- Essential: M.Sc. with at least II Division in relevant subjects (Zoology/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics/Chemistry or Forensic Science with specialisation) from a University established by law in India. Certificate/Diploma in Computer Science/Computer Application or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years experience in relevant Forensic field in State/Central FSL or similar.
- Other Requirements: Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devnagari Script and knowledge of Rajasthan Culture.
Age Limit
As on 01-01-2027:
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 40 years
- Age relaxations applicable as per Rajasthan Government rules for reserved categories, women, ex-servicemen, PwD, etc.
Salary/Stipend
- Assistant Director (DNA Division): Pay Matrix Level L-16
- Senior Scientific Officer (All Divisions): Pay Matrix Level L-15
- Fixed monthly pay during probation period as per Rajasthan Government rules.

Selection Process
