Educational Qualification: M.Sc
It is proposed to fill up one (01) vacant post of Professor-cum-Principal in Pay Level- 13 (Rs. 1,23,100-2,15,900/-) of the Pay Matrix (Pay Band-4 (Rs.37,400-67,000) with Grade Pay Rs. 8700] in the pre-revised scale of pay) in Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi by Composite method (on deputation (including short-term contract) plus Promotion) basis from the officers of Central or State Government or Union Territories or staturoty or Autonomous Organisations or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or Research Institutions

3. Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience:
(i) Masters Degree in Nursing from a recognized University;
ii) Registered as a Nurse and Midwife with State Nursing Counci;
4. Experience: Fifteen years experience with M.Sc. (NNursing) out of which twelve years should be teaching experience with Minimum of five years in Collegiate Programme; Three years experience in administration in Nursing in State or Union Territories or Central Government.
5. Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D. in Nursing
6. Note 1: 1he departmental Vice-Principal in Level-12 in the Pay Matrix with five years of regular service in the grade and having the educational qualifications and experience prescribed for considering appointment on deputation basis is considered along with outsiders. If the departmerntal candidate is selected for appointment to the post, it shall be treated as having been filled by promotion.
7. Note 2: Period of deputation (including short term contract) including period of deputation including short term contract) in another Ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointnent in the same or some other Organisation or Department or the Central Government shall ordinarily not to exceed four years. The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation including short term contract) shall be not exceeding fifty-tour years, as on the closing date ot receipt of application.
