Educational Qualification: M.Phil/Ph.D
Applications are invited for filling up the vacancies of Principal Scientist, Senior Scientist and Scientist for ICAR Research Projects under Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Gwalior. Format of blank application form with guidelines for filling up application form and details of vacancies, qualifications, other conditions for applicants etc. are available on the V.V. website www.rvskvv.net and can be downloaded and used.

4. Qualifications: Bachelor in Agriculture, having minimum 50% Marks or equivalent OGPA. M.Sc. Ag. in concerned subject, having minimum 55% Marks or equivalent OGPA. Passed National Eligibility Test conducted by the lICAR/UGCICSIR or some other agency approved by UGC, along with one publication in NAAS rated refereed journal for all the disciplines in which NET is conducted.
a. Essentiality of NET can be waived off for the candidates holding Ph.D. degree in concerned subject done with course work as prescribed by the UGC regulation 2009 subject to the condition of producing a NET exemption certificate as mentioned in and having two full length publications having NAAS rating not less than The candidates with Ph.D. degree without course work registered for/completed Ph.D. will not get exemption from NET.
b. However, for those who registered for Ph.D. before 2009 but completed their degrees after 2009 and those who completed their Ph.D. before 2009 without course work must have two full length research papers in Journals having NAAS rating of 4 or above, the NET shall not be essential. For NAAS rating_ the rating for the year of publication in question shall be considered Minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (AP) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) developed by RVSKVV as availabie in the University website (www.rvskvv.net).

Selection Procedure
The persons will be called for interview on merit basis and eligible applicants against the vacant posts in the ratio of (Minimum 1:3 and Maximum 1:8) as approved by the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor.

Applications complete in all respects together with the application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand only) for General and OBC Candidates and Rs. 500/- (Rs. Five Hundred only) for SC/ ST Candidates, in form of Bank Draft in favour of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Gwalior, payable at Gwalior.
