Number of Vacancy: 01 Posts
Educational Qualification:
a. Applicant should have retired from a position of Chief Manager or above post in RCF.
b. Total experience in the Administration Department should be minimum 5 years.
c. Applicant should have handled the encroachment and land related activities and have dealt in all legal matters of RCF. Applicant should be aware about school management issues related to the continuity and operation of RCF School Management.
Pay Scale:
INR
14000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 65 Years.
Selection Procedure:
a. The selection process is through Personal Interview.
b. Candidates will have to submit their application through email to the email id - [email protected]. The subject of the email send should be “Post applied for - Advisor (Administration) on contract basis at RCF Thal Unit”.
c. Candidates fulfilling minimum Qualification criteria will be shortlisted for personal interview.
d. The Personal Interview may be conducted through Personal Interview/Video Conferencing/ Online Mode.

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is a leading fertilizers and chemicals manufacturing company with about 75% of its equity held by the Government of India. Company has been accorded the coveted “Navratna” status in August 2023.
It has two operating units, one at Trombay in Mumbai and the other at Thal, Raigad district, about 100 KM from Mumbai.
RCF manufactures Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-fertilizers, Micro-nutrients, 100 per cent water soluble fertilizers, soil conditioners and a wide range of Industrial Chemicals.
The products manufactured by RCF carry high brand equity and are recognized brands all over the country. These products are taken to the farthest corner of the country by extensive RCF dealers network spread throughout the country.
