Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) Invites Application for Advisor/Associate Advisor Recruitment 2022

RINL invites applications from the Superannuated Employees of RINL / Other PSUs / Government / semi government organizations or Private organization of repute for engagement as Advisor/Associate Advisor (Coke Ovens) on Fixed Tenure or Contract Basis as temporary measure in RINL.

1. Name of the Post: Advisor/ Associate Advisor

2. No. of Vacancies: 01

3. Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Engg) or equivalent in Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Chemical from a recognized University/ Institution.

4. Experience (Post Qualification): The candidate should possess proven track record of atleast 30 years working experience in Operations/ Maintenance in CO&CCP of 7.0 Mtr. tall Battery in Integrated Steel Plant of capacity (minimum) of 3 MT. The candidate should have experience of working at Senior Management level (preferably as Head of Department and above) in CO&CCP of 7.0 Mtr. tall Battery in Integrated Steel Plant of capacity (minimum) of 3 MT. Experience in Coal blend Management. Experience in revival, repair & re-commissioning of old Batteries including Hot & Cold repair.

5. Remuneration per Month: 39,000/-

6. Tenure of Engagement: Initial period of hiring will be for a period between 6 to 12 months. The period of hiring may be renewed not exceeding one year at a time depending upon RINL’s requirement and performance of the concerned superannuated Executive as Advisor/ Associate Advisor.

a. The candidate should be medically fit to discharge his assigned duties. A medical certificate should be submitted at the time of joining of initial appointment specifying that the candidate is medically fit to discharge the duties. Such certificate should be issued by a registered Govt. Medical Practioner/Doctor from a PSU Hospital including Visakha Steel General Hospital (VSGH) in prescribed format.

7. Remuneration: 10,000/- to 1,15,000

Selection Procedure

1. Selection shall be through shortlisting of eligible applicants followed by Personal Interview subject to Medical fitness.

2. Final selection is subject to the candidates being found medically fit.

3. The decision of RINL in all matters relating to eligibility, acceptance, rejection of the application, mode of selection, interview, verification of testimonials and selection will be final and binding on the candidates and no enquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

4. Any candidate submitting false declaration/certificate or indulging in malpractices during selection process will be disqualified and also debarred from future recruitments.
