Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Management, master’s degree in engineering/Management preferred
Experience: 1. Minimum 3 years and Maximum 8 years of SAP HCM experience including minimum 1 end to end implementation process. 2. Worked on SAP HCM – PA, OM, Time, Payroll, ESS & MSS, Appraisals, CATS, PCP modules
3. Minimum 3 SAP HCM Implementation project in Indian Public Sector
4. Experience in Banking domain/Business Intelligence/SAP /ERP solution implementation are preferred
