Proven industry experience as a Data Scientist 2. Should have practical hands-on working experience in developing 2 to 4 projects in AI/ML/Analytics projects preferably in BFSI domain 3. Hands on experience on major machine learning algorithms (such as Random Forest, XGBoost, SVM, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, CNN, NLP) 4. Deep knowledge in mathematics and statistics 5. Hands-on experience in Python or R 6. Operational experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras/ Tensorflow/ PyTorch/PyChamp/Kite) and libraries (like scikit-learn) 7. Working knowledge of Matlab would be a plus 8. Outstanding analytical and problem-solving aptitude 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills
