Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any disciple. Bachelor’s Degree in engineering preferred.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in business application technical support. 2+ years of experience working on project teams. Proven experience supporting mission critical IT applications. Minimum of 2+ years of experience and knowledge in the following areas required: Server operating system (Windows and Unix) SQL and programming languages
