Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, certifications in SAP HCM and other relevant technologies are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM experience, having implementation experience in Time Management, Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Training, and Event Management.
