Educational Qualification:
Computer Operator: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist: BE in Computer Engineering/ Information Technology (IT)/MCA/ MSW Equivalent. At least 3-5 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluating large projects and programs Wide knowledge and experience urban legislations.
Procurement Specialist: Degree in Engineering/ Management/ Law/ MBA Finance/ Diploma in Civil Engineering with 16-20 years of experience in Urban Infrastructure Projects. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing procurement in large scale and complex infrastructure projects, preferably urban infrastructure in a large infrastructure corporation.
Municipal Finance Specialist: Master’s Degree in Finance/ Economics/ Chartered Accountant/ Commerce/ ICWA/ Post Graduate in Economics with specialization in Public Finance. Experience in municipal finance, project finance, resource mobilization, public private partnerships. Experience in financial analysis and financing of urban projects. Experience in project formulation, appraisal, financing, risk analysis of PPP projects in urban sector. Experience in Financial Modelling in Urban Infrastructure and PPP.
