Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation OR Post Graduate Degree in relevant fields. Candidates should possess a degree recognized by AICTE/UGC. A first class (minimum 60% marks) is required for UR/EWS candidates; 50% for reserved categories.

Age Limit:As on 24.08.2026: DGM: 41 years; Sr. Manager: 38 years; Manager: 35 years. Relaxations are applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST: 5 years; OBC-NCL: 3 years; PwBD: 10 years; RITES employees: 5 years; J&K Domicile: 5 years).
Salary (per month): Pay Scale: DGM: ₹70,000 – 2,00,000; Sr. Manager: ₹60,000 – 1,80,000; Manager: ₹50,000 – 1,60,000 per month, plus DA and other admissible allowances as per RITES rules.
Selection Procedure:
- For Deputy General Manager (RG/13/26): Document Scrutiny → Interview (100% weightage). Minimum 60% for UR/EWS, 50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD in interview.
- For Senior Manager (RG/14/26) & Manager (RG/15/26): Written Test (60% weightage) → Document Scrutiny → Interview (40% weightage). Minimum 50% marks in written test for UR/EWS, 45% for reserved; and 60% for UR/EWS, 50% for reserved in interview.

- General/OBC: Rs. 600/- plus taxes
- EWS/SC/ST/PwBD: Rs. 300/- plus taxes
