Educational Qualification:
TGT: At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following from a recognized University. (a) BSc Computer Science / BCA / Bachelor of Information Technology OR Graduate Degree in any subject with Mathematics as a subject and 03 years Diploma in Computer Engineering /IT from an institute recognized by AICTE / University. OR Graduate Degree in any subject with Mathematics as a subject and at least one year Diploma in Computer Applications from an Institution recognized by AICTE /University OR ‘A’ level from DOEACC AND (b) B Ed from an institution recognized by NCTE (c) Proficiency in English speaking.

Counsellor: (a) Post graduate OR P G Diploma in Psychology OR Clinical Psychology OR Health Psychology OR Educational psychology OR Social work OR child Development. (a) Minimum experience of 01-year Candidate should know Local language.

The school came into being on 20 Jan 1962. The administration of Sainik schools is vested in an autonomous body known as Sainik Schools Society under Ministry of Defence.
