TGT: Candidates Should have Graduate with any two of the following: Geography, History, Economics and Pol. Science of which one must be either Geography or History.
Counselor: Candidates Should have MA / M.Sc Psychology plus regular one year graduate diploma in guidance and counseling.
Band Master: Candidates Should have Potential Band Master / Band Major / Drum Major.
Ward Boy: Candidates Should have Matriculation Pass.

Interested candidates can pursue courses in Matriculation + possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle License (HMV), Light Motor Vehicle License (LMV) including M/Cycle with gear and capable of driving heavy vehicles, light vehicles like bus, Jeep, Car, Truck and Motorcycle; MBBS, MA in English and B.Ed with English subject, BA in Hindi and B.Ed with Hindi subject, Matriculation and Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute on computer, Matriculation for a great career at Sainik School Tilaiya.
