Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering and Research (SAMEER) is an Autonomous Research & Development institution under Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India. Applications are invited for filling up the following Project positions for fixed term with consolidated salary basis from the eligible and suitable candidates who fulfill requisite qualifications/ criterion mentioned therein

1. Position: Research Scientist

2. No of Post: 06

3. Essential Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university / institution with minimum 55% marks.

4. Desirable: Experience in electronic circuit, handling of test and measurement instruments and electromagnetic/ circuit simulation.

5. Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- per month (consolidated pay) with annual increment.

6. Duration:2 years or duration of the project, whichever earlier.

1. Position: Project Assistant

2. No of Post: 02

3. Essential Qualification : Diploma in Electronics Engineering/ Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent (3 Years course) from a reputed technical board.

4. Desirable: Experience in electronic circuit assembly and handling of test and measurement instruments

5. Remuneration: Rs. 17,000/- per month (consolidated pay) with annual increment

6. Duration: 2 years or duration of the project, whichever earlier.

1. Position: Project Assistant

2. No of Post: 02

3. Essential Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (3 Years course) from a reputed technical board

4. Desirable: i) Experience in 2D and 3D CAD based drawing generation. ii) Knowledge of quality control and dimensional inspection for different sub-system and system.

5. Remuneration: Rs. 17,000/- per month (consolidated pay) with annual increment.

6. Duration:2 years or duration of the project, whichever earlier.

2. No of Post: 01

3. Essential Qualification: Candidates should have passed ITI in relevant trade from recognized institution/ Technical board and should have completed NCVT with minimum 55%.

4. Desirable: Assembly work of the total system and sub-system

5. Remuneration: Rs. 19,100/- per month (consolidated pay) with annual increment.

6. Duration: 2 years or duration of the project, whichever earlier.

3. Essential Qualification: Candidates should have passed ITI in relevant trade from recognized institution/ Technical board and should have completed NCVT.
