Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• For Court Assistant: Must have passed Intermediate (10+2) Examination conducted by the A.P./Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education or equivalent.
  OR
  Any retired person who held the post of Assistant, Examiner, Typist, Copyist, or above in the Judicial Department.
• For Court Attendant: Must have passed 7th Class examination.
  OR
  Any retired person who held the post of Attender, Process Server, or any post in the last grade service in the Judicial Department.

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

Cut-off Date for Age Calculation: 01-07-2026

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 34 years (General)
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST/BC Candidates: 5 years (Max 39 years)
  • PH/Ex-Servicemen: 10 years (Max 44 years)
• Retired employees crossing 65 years of age are not eligible.

3. Mandatory Requirements

• Retired Employees: Must enclose copies of retirement proceedings/orders.
• Reservation: Candidates claiming age relaxation must submit valid Community/Disability/Discharge certificates.

Selection Process

This recruitment does NOT involve a written examination. The selection is based on Merit and Suitability.

1. Merit List: Selection will be based on the applications received in the prescribed proforma.
2. Shortlisting: If more than 20 candidates apply for a single vacancy, shortlisting will be done based on marks obtained in the relevant qualifying examination.
3. Final Selection: The most suitable candidates will be called for an interaction/verification of original documents.
4. Decision Final: The decision of the appointing authority is final.
