Educational Qualification: (a) Postgraduate Degree preferably in humanities/social science/music/dance/drama. (b) Understanding and knowledge of performing arts as performer/writer/producer. (c) Experience in formulating, planning, and administering projects/ schemes dealing with performing arts, especially in Manipuri dance and music. (d) Knowledge of Government Rules and Regulations.
