Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy Invites Application for System Administrator Recruitment 2026

Applications must be forwarded through the Cadre Controlling Authorities. The process is as follows:

1. Application: Eligible and willing officers should submit their application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-II).
2. Forwarding: The Cadre Controlling Authorities must forward the applications to the concerned authority at SVPNPA, Hyderabad.
3. Documents Required: Along with the application, the following documents must be sent:
   • Bio-data in prescribed proforma (Annexure-II).
   • Attested copies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years (2021-2022 to 2025-2026).
   • Integrity, Vigilance, and Cadre Clearance Certificates.
   • Details of Major/Minor penalties imposed during the last 10 years.
4. Verification: The Cadre Controlling Authorities shall verify and ensure that the particulars furnished are correct and no disciplinary case is pending or contemplated against the officer.
5. Timeline: Applications should reach within 2 months from the date of publication of the notice in the Employment News.

Important Note: The post is to be filled on deputation (including short-term contract) basis. Officers selected for the post shall be governed by the terms and conditions of deputation as per Government of India rules.

• Application Mode: Applications must be forwarded through the Cadre Controlling Authorities (Proper Channel). Individual applications will not be accepted.
• Documents Verification: Cadre Controlling Authorities must verify and ensure the correctness of particulars, and that no disciplinary case is pending/contemplated against the officer.
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
• Deputation Tenure: Deputation period shall ordinarily not exceed 3 years.
• Experience: Ensure you meet the essential 5 years post-qualification experience in System Administration and desirable qualifications, if any.
