• Applicant Eligibility: Officers serving under Central Government Offices / Departments / Organisations / PSUs are eligible to apply.
• Mode of Recruitment: Deputation – Officers will be deputed to SVP NPA from their parent organisations for a defined period.
• Candidates must ensure they meet the post-wise qualification and experience requirements as prescribed in the official notification available at svpnpa.gov.in/vacancies.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection Method: Selection will be done on the basis of screening of applications and deputation terms. No separate written test or interview may be conducted; however, the Academy reserves the right to screen or shortlist candidates based on eligibility and experience.
• Mode of Application: Applications must be forwarded through proper channel (i.e., through the parent department/organisation) to the Assistant Director (Estt), SVP NPA.
• Deputation Tenure: The appointment will be on deputation basis for an initial period as per Government of India deputation rules. Deputation terms and conditions will be governed by the guidelines of the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT).
• No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in any screening process or for joining the post.
• The Academy reserves the right to fill or not to fill any or all the advertised posts without assigning any reason.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

1. Duly filled in prescribed Application Form as available on the SVP NPA website.
2. Vigilance Clearance Certificate from the parent organisation.
3. Cadre Clearance Certificate from the parent department.
4. All educational qualification certificates and consolidated mark sheets.
5. Experience and service certificates on official letterhead.
6. Pay drawn statement for the last 12 months.
7. Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) / Performance Assessment Reports for the last 5 years.
8. Valid Category / Caste certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
9. Two recent passport-size photographs and a valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).

Instructions: Applications must reach the Academy through proper channel within six weeks (42 days) from the date of publication of this vacancy circular in the Employment News. Applications received after the due date or not routed through proper channel will not be considered.
