Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for PS to VC (Stenographer Grade-I) [RC/96/2025]
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; Government Commercial Certificate (GCC) in Stenography. Speed: 90 wpm (Gujarati) or 120 wpm (English) shorthand; 40 wpm (Gujarati) or 50 wpm (English) typewriting.
- Experience: 3 years as Stenographer Grade-2 in government/university.
- Age Limit: 37 Years.
Eligibility for Junior Superintendent [RC/97/2025]
- Essential: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 3 years as Senior Assistant/Senior Clerk in Government/University/PSU.
- Age Limit: 37 Years.
Eligibility for Jr. Stenographer Grade-II [RC/98/2025]
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree; GCC in English Stenography. Speed: 120 wpm shorthand and 50 wpm typewriting in English.
- Age Limit: 35 Years.
Eligibility for Store Keeper [RC/99/2025]
- Essential: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 3 years as Assistant Store Keeper/Junior Clerk in Government/University/PSU.
- Age Limit: 35 Years.
Eligibility for Electrical Supervisor [RC/100/2025]
- Essential: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 2 years' experience.
- Age Limit: 35 Years.
Eligibility for Senior Assistant [RC/101/2025]
- Essential: Any Graduate.
- Experience: 3 years as Assistant/Junior Clerk in Government/University/PSU.
- Age Limit: 37 Years.
Eligibility for Franking Machine Operator [RC/102/2025]

Selection Process
Selection involves two examinations for Group-C posts:
- Examination-A (100 Marks): Objective MCQs covering Reasoning (25), Quantitative Aptitude (25), English (15), Gujarati (15), and Basic Computer Knowledge (20).
- Examination-B (50 Marks): Objective MCQs covering Computer Proficiency (15), General Knowledge/Current Affairs (15), and Post-related Knowledge (20).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
