Non-Faculty Positions
Phase-II, New Delhi, 110017 Delhi
Number of Vacancy: 08 Posts
Educational Qualification:
Administrative Officer: Good academic record plus Master's degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven-point scale (5% relaxation in marks for SC/ST category).
Senior Personal Assistant: A Bachelor Degree from Recognized University. At least 03 years of experience working Assistant/Stenographer/Executive as Private Secretary/Personal Assistant/Executive Secretary in a Government Department/Universities/Autonomous Bodies/PSUs/Educational Institution recognized by the Government.
Assistant: A Graduate from a recognized University in any discipline with good working knowledge of computers.
Junior Assistant: A Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Board / University / Institution. Having a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi Typewriting through Computers.
Library Attendant: Passed 10th or equivalent examination from any State Education Board or Government recognized Institution. Certificate in Library Science/Library & Information Science from a recognized Institution.
Pay Scale:
INR
18000-177500/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

Shaheed Bhagat Singh Evening College was established in July 1973 by the Administration of Delhi. It is named after one of the greatest freedom fighters and sons of the Indian soil ‘Shaheed-E-Azam’ Bhagat Singh. It is one of the constituent colleges of the University of Delhi, India. The foundational idea of the college is service to the nation as a vital part of one’s life and as a guiding light for the development of society. This idea is inculcated in students every step of the way. In the initial days, this college catered to the needs of those who were employed and who wanted to enhance their educational qualifications and career prospects. The changing dynamics in education and increasing prospects of higher education led to a reform in our basic idea of imparting education in a restricted manner and opened the doors for all sections of society. The college is now open to all students for undergraduate courses.
