Educational Qualification:
a) Have all certificates and documents valid as per Flag State requirements.
b) Have completed 8 months of shipboard training after completion of the ETO course. OR Have at least 1 year of shipboard experience as a full-fledged Electrical Officer.
c) His/her last sign-off from the previous vessel must not be more than 18 months.
