Eligibility for Assistant Professor

• Essential Qualification: The qualifications for appointment of Assistant Professor (on Guest basis) shall be the same as those prescribed for regular appointment of Assistant Professor in the UGC Regulations.
• API Score: Minimum API Score prescribed for shortlisting is 55 for UR/EWS/OBC candidates and 50 for ST/SC/PwBD candidates.
• Experience: Applicants must not have a teaching assignment in any other institution. Superannuated teachers (max age 70 years) are eligible for engagement on Guest basis.
• Documents: Documents supporting the API score must be uploaded in a single PDF file.
