1. Scientist-E (Level-13)
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized University.
- Experience: Holding an analogous post OR 5 years service in Level-12 with overall 5 years experience in WASH Sector (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene).

2. Scientist-D (Level-12)
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Science or Engineering.
- Experience: Holding analogous post OR 5 years service in Level-11 with 5 years experience in WASH Sector.

3. Scientist-C (Level-11)
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Science or Engineering.
- Experience: Analogous post OR 5 years in Level-9/10/11 with WASH sector experience.
