Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

1. Scientist-E (Level-13)

• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized University.
• Experience: Holding an analogous post OR 5 years service in Level-12 with overall 5 years experience in WASH Sector (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene).
• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years as on closing date.

2. Scientist-D (Level-12)

• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience: Holding analogous post OR 5 years service in Level-11 with 5 years experience in WASH Sector.
• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years.

3. Scientist-C (Level-11)

• Qualification: Graduate Degree in Science or Engineering.
• Experience: Analogous post OR 5 years in Level-9/10/11 with WASH sector experience.
• Age Limit: Maximum 56 years.

4. Administrative Officer (Level-12)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + Proficiency in Computers. Desirable: PG Degree/MBA (HRM).
• Experience: 12 years in administrative, establishment, vigilance, or procurement roles in Govt/Institutes.
• Note: Only Central/State Govt officers eligible for absorption.

5. Section Officer (Level-8)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree with proficiency in computer applications. Desirable: Post Graduate.
• Experience: 6 years in Level-6 or 7 years combined in Level-6 & 7.
