Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Section Officer

  • Essential Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Service Background: Retired officers from Central/State Government, PSUs, or Statutory bodies who:
    - Held a post in Level-07 or equivalent in their parent cadre; OR
    - Had at least 5 years of regular service in Level-06 (Rs. 35,400 - 1,12,400).
  • Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, specifically at least 3 years handling matters such as MACP, pay fixation, TA/DA, Pension, LTC, or promotions.
  • Age Limit: Not exceeding 64 years as of the opening date for receipt of applications (December 29, 2025).

Salary / Remuneration

  • Monthly Pay: Fixed amount calculated by deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at retirement (Last Pay Drawn minus Pension basis).
  • Transport Allowance: Rs. 10,800 per month.
  • Leave: 1.5 days per month (up to 18 days per year) on a pro-rata basis.
  • Exclusions: No annual increments, Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, or medical reimbursement are provided.

Selection Process
